Your data is stored in your Microsoft 365 tenant, inside your Microsoft Dataverse (Power Platform) environment, hosted and secured by Microsoft.
By default, data is stored in the geographic region selected when your Power Platform environment is created. This is typically the same region as your Microsoft 365 tenant, but you may choose another supported Microsoft region if needed.

Your data is not stored in a vendor-controlled SaaS database
Your organization retains full tenant-level control
Security is governed by Microsoft Entra ID
Storage, backup, and compliance align with Microsoft’s enterprise standards
Data residency follows Microsoft’s regional infrastructure
Dynamics ATS is installed as a managed solution directly inside your environment. We do not move, replicate, or host your core recruiting data outside your tenant.
