We offer support by email or through our support portal 24 hours a day 7 days a week with any question or problems you are having. Standard 1 - 3 hours response time. Support also includes all maintenance and upgrades to the product. Premium support by phone is offered between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST. Contact us with any additional questions you may have.
