We will schedule a time to do the install, setup and configuration.  For CRM online customers; the solution installation and user configuration will conservatively take one to two hours.  Power user training typically takes an additional five hours.  


For on-premise customers your CRM needs to be set up IFD (Internet Facing Deployment).  If the on-premise CRM is not set up IFD, please contact your DCRS representative to discuss other options.  Our Customer Success team is here to help you succeed.
