How to get started?
Dynamics ATS Base offers require a reseller relationship through Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program. If you decide to move forward, please accept the reseller invitation for your region found in the quote. We can then convert your quote to an invoice for DocuSign and your payment. Once we have received these items we can begin set up. Note you must be a global administrator to accept the invitation.
How to get set up?
For set up we will require a Granular Delegate Admin relationship or share user account with Power Platform Administrator, Dynamics 365 Administrator, User Administrator, License Administrator, and Director Reader Microsoft Entra roles. Once we have this relationship, we can complete the set up within 3 - 10 business days and begin training. Once set up and training is complete you can modify this relationship at any time.
How to migrate? (*optional)
If you are coming from another provider we provide migration services. For migration we will require a partial or full SQL back up from your current database for assessment. The assessment will take 7-10 business days and produce a migration plan and mapping spread sheet for consultation and total time to complete migration work. Once the migration plan is approved the migration work will typically take another 2 to 6 weeks to complete depending on what we find in the assessment. If you don't have SQL then you will need to do an assessment on whatever database format you have.
